Welcome to RallyRank! These Terms govern your use of our website and mobile app. By using RallyRank, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Service

RallyRank provides a fun, friends-only pickleball rating system using the unofficial “FUPR” score. You agree to use the app responsibly and for lawful purposes.

You may not:

  • Misuse or falsify match data

  • Attempt to extract or copy our algorithms

  • Harass or impersonate other users

  • Interfere with the app’s security

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login

  • All activity under your account

We may suspend or remove accounts involved in abuse, fraud, or repeated cheating behavior.

3. User Content

You may upload or generate content such as match results, profile details, and group names.

You grant RallyRank a limited license to display that content within the app.

You retain ownership of your content.

4. Group Participation

When you join a group:

  • Your display name, rating, and match results may be visible to other group members.

  • Group admins may remove users or update group settings.

5. FUPR Disclaimer

FUPR is a fun, unofficial rating system. It is not affiliated with DUPR, does not guarantee skill measurement accuracy, and is intended only for recreational use.

6. Availability

We may modify, pause, or discontinue parts of the service at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

RallyRank is provided “as is.”
We are not liable for:

  • Loss of data

  • Rating errors

  • Disputes between users

  • Damages arising from app usage

Your sole remedy is to stop using the app.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time.
We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
